We are a warehouse-based business and do not operate a storefront.  We respond to inquiries during our normal business hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain (Denver) Time, Monday - Thursday.  Unfortunately, we no longer can permit pickup of orders.

We do not accept phone orders except for special "call to order" items.  Please place your order on-line through our website to ensure accuracy and expedite processing and shipping of your order.  If you cannot submit your credit card info over the internet, please submit your order on-line using our "Save as Quote" feature, then call us at the number that appears on the e-mail confirmation (and have your credit card ready).

Note: website orders with expedited shipping (Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) have priority and if placed by 4 PM Denver time will usually ship same day.

Purchase Orders with 30-day payment terms ($100.00 minimum) are accepted from libraries, hospitals, fire departments, universities, and governmental entities.  All orders less than $100 must be placed on-line and be paid by credit card.  (Guidelines for Purchase Orders).
