IDENTI-TAPE^® ORDERING GUIDANCE

NOTE 1:  Upon completing selection of your items and entering your address information, you next will enter your credit card data into a SECURE page for processing.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Upon completing an order, you will receive an e-mailed sales receipt showing your items and costs.  If you select "Save as Quote" as the payment method (instead of a credit card), you will receive a quotation by e-mail that may be mailed with a check or faxed with payment information.

NOTE 3:  All orders for less than $100.00 must be placed on-line and paid with a credit card (or created using "save as quote" and sent in with a check).  Orders less than $25.00 (before shipping) will be subject to a $5.00 small order fee.

NOTE 4:  Purchase Orders (POs) - (subject to a $100.00 minimum and 30 days net payment) are accepted from universities, educational institutions, hospitals, libraries, and local, state, and federal government agencies.  Other customers please review Purchase Order Guidance.

NOTE 5:  International Orders (except those to APOs) must choose UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express (see instructions).  Canadians may select "Canada Standard", and be certain to view this Link.  Brokerage, customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility at time of delivery. 

NOTE 6:  Upon request, orders to APOs, Hawaii, & Alaska can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
