Sew-on High-gloss Reflective Vinyl Vest Trim Tape

ORAFOL's GP330 is a high-gloss sew-on reflective vinyl trim for safety, roadworker, and construction vests.  GP330 is certified to ANSI 107 - 2020 and CSAZ96 - 2015 Level 2.  These tapes enhance the visibility of the wearer at night or in low-light conditions when illuminated by vehicle headlights.  Fluorescent yellow is especially conspicuous in fog and on cloudy days as are common in the Pacific Northwest.

These micro-prismatic trims reflect especially well even when wet from rain, up to twice levels attainable by typical encapsulated glass-bead tapes.  They consist of retro-reflective microprisms formed on a flexible, glossy, UV-stabilized polymeric film.  A flexible vinyl film seals the front and back of the material and protects the reflective surface from dirt and moisture.  They also maintain their reflectivity through repeated launderings and are supple, durable, and easily wiped clean of oil, coal dust, dirt and grime.  GP330 maintains its reflectivity through up to 75 wash cycles at 140 F (but is not dry-cleanable).  They are much more reflective, supple, and cold-temperature resistant than imports,  The narrow 1" square grid tape (SGT) is ideal for dog collars, leashes, and vests.  Here is the link to GP330 Specifications.
